Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the hours of operation?

A: Our delivery and pickup times vary based on the day of the week to offer flexibility while ensuring timely service.
Delivery & Pickup Hours:
  • Monday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Thursday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 
We require at least two hours’ notice to guarantee on-time delivery.

Q: What am I charged for?

A: If your rental is scheduled for delivery before 6:00 PM, you will be charged for the delivery day.
If your delivery is scheduled after 6:00 PM, you will not be charged for that day. Instead, your rental period will begin the following day, and pickup will occur at the end of that day within our standard hours.
Example:
If you want to paddle Saturday at 7:00 AM, we recommend scheduling delivery for Friday after 6:00 PM. This way, your gear will be ready early Saturday, and you won’t be charged for Friday.
However, if you schedule delivery for before 6:00 PM on Friday, you will be charged for both Friday (delivery day) and Saturday (use day).
We’ve designed this policy to offer flexibility while keeping pricing fair and transparent.

Q: What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A:We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your rental, but the following terms apply:
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery are eligible for a refund, minus a non-refundable credit card processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund, but we’re happy to offer a credit toward a future rental.
  • No-shows or missed deliveries without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
The credit card processing fee is automatically charged by the payment provider and cannot be refunded, even in the case of cancellations.
We do our best to accommodate changes and appreciate your understanding!

A:  We deliver to a whole bunch of places! Check out the map above to see our general delivery radius around Seattle. If you’re on the edge of our map, don’t hesitate to give us a call – we’ll do our best to work something out for you!

Q: What if your drop-off and pickup hours don’t work with my schedule ?

A:  Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page with the hours and desired location of drop-off, and we will try to make an arrangement that works best for you.

Q: Do the Paddle Boards Come Inflated  ?

A:  Our paddle boards do not come inflated. However, worry not, for we’ve got you covered! Each rental package includes a handy manual pump, ensuring that you can inflate your paddle board with ease.
Now, we understand that not everyone is a fan of manual labor. If you prefer to leave the pumping to a more automated solution, we also offer the option to rent an electric pump. This way, you can sit back, relax, and let the pump do the work for you
