Q: What am I charged for?

A: On weekdays, we arrange deliveries between 5-8 pm, allowing you to conveniently receive your rented items during this time frame. We are pleased to inform you that you will not be charged for the delivery day itself. Instead, you are welcome to use the rented items throughout the following day. At the end of this day, between 5-8 pm, our team will come to pick up the items.

As for weekend rentals, we have a slightly altered policy to accommodate our different hours of operation. Our pickup and drop-off windows are between 9 am and 7 pm, giving you ample time to collect or return your chosen items. If you reserve your rental prior to 5pm on a weekend, you will be charged for both the delivery day and any additional days of usage. However, we assure you that our pricing remains competitive and fair, striving to provide the utmost value for your investment.

Q: What are the hours of operation?

A: To ensure that you have the most up-to-date hours of operation, we kindly request you to proceed with the rental reservation process. As you navigate through the reservation process, you will find that the hours of operation for drop-off and delivery will always be prominently displayed. We take pride in keeping our information current and reliable, allowing you to plan your rental experience with ease and confidence.

In cases where specific hours of operation are not available, fear not! We have implemented a helpful feature to enhance your browsing experience. Any unavailable hours will be gracefully grayed out, indicating that they are temporarily not applicable. This way, you can quickly identify the active hours and select the most suitable option for your needs.

Q: What if your drop-off and pickup hours don’t work with my schedule ?

A:  Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page with the hours and desired location of drop-off, and we will try to make an arrangement that works best for you.

Q: Do the Paddle Boards Come Inflated  ?

A:  Our paddle boards do not come inflated. However, worry not, for we’ve got you covered! Each rental package includes a handy manual pump, ensuring that you can inflate your paddle board with ease.

Now, we understand that not everyone is a fan of manual labor. If you prefer to leave the pumping to a more automated solution, we also offer the option to rent an electric pump. This way, you can sit back, relax, and let the pump do the work for you
